Crunchy Cannellini with Garlic & Rosemary

Cannellini beans have a nutty flavor when cooked. Paired with garlic and rosemary, it’s the perfect dish.

INGREDIENTS

  >  1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans (white kidney beans), drained and rinsed

>  1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

>  ¼ tsp garlic powder

>  ¼ tsp salt

>  ¼ tsp crushed dried rosemary

 

 

 

 

METHOD

Step 1. 

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Step 2.

Pat beans dry with paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible.

Step 3.

Place beans in a large mixing bowl; add oil, garlic, salt and rosemary; toss to coat.

Step 4.

Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer; bake 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 400°F. Bake 25- 30 minutes or until crunchy.

Tips

Get more greens by adding tender stem broccoli – cook in the pan with the noodles
