INGREDIENTS

1 cup rolled oats (quick cook)

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

2 tbsp of hemp seeds

2 tsp of raw honey or pure maple syrup

METHOD

Step 1. 

Heat almond milk and oats in a saucepan over medium heat until cooked.

Step 2.

Divide between 2 bowls and toss chia seeds  and berries over the oatmeal,

Step 3.

Then drizzle with raw honey or pure maple syrup.

 

Tips

Get more greens by adding tender stem broccoli – cook in the pan with the noodles
