> 6 oz baked chicken breast, marinated with olive oil, herbs of your choice, salt and pepper.
> 2 cups mixed green lettuce with 4 slices tomato, ½ cup of diced cucumber,
> ½ cup peppers (any colour)
> 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
> ½ – 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
