INGREDIENTS

 >  1 cup unsweetened almond milk

>  2 tbsp ground chia seeds

>  ½ cup raspberries, chopped

>  ¼ cup blueberries chopped

METHOD

Step 1. 

Mix all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 2.

Allow to set in large glass for at least 4 hours but no more than 12 hours.

 

Tips

Get more greens by adding tender stem broccoli – cook in the pan with the noodles
